Who we are

SOARING ANGELS DEVELOPMENT PROMOTERS (SADP) is a Non-Profit Making Organization and/or a Public Benefit Organization comprised of mixed professions aimed at improving the quality of lives of Zambians living in poverty.

SADP was founded in 2018 by three friends who saw the need to help some underprivileged families in Kamuchanga Township of Mufulira District on the Copperbelt Province of Zambia. The team would mobilise its resources from their earnings and buy a few household good (especially sanitary supplies) for donation to selected families targeting orphaned girls and the aged.

Due to limited resources, the team could not sustain this activity but engaged in community work such as cleaning and cooking for the aged on weekends and providing literacy lessons to the underprivileged children. The team later attracted the attention of extra seven members with similar interests and started the process of formalising registration with the Registrar of Societies in 2020.

SADP is driven by the belief that community projects can improve the lives of people in need, and ensure a more efficient and sustainable use of resources. We have the capacity to manage projects and programmes of any size, while simultaneously enhancing the capacity of developing entities to manage their own initiatives.

SADP develops individual solutions to meet partner needs, providing efficient management services. With more than two years of experience gained through a number of projects, SADP brings the agility and technical expertise needed to get the project done – on cost, on schedule and meeting quality requirements.
