We develop the communities by implementing Water, Sanitation, Health and Environmental related projects using a Community Led Approach for ownership and sustainability. SADP works through existing structures such as:
- Community level: Village Water, Sanitation, Health and Education (VWASHE) committees, Sanitation Action Groups (SAGS), Ward Development Committees (WDCs), Environment/Climate Change Committees
- District level: District Water, Sanitation, Health and Education (DWASHE) Committees, District Nutrition Coordinating Committee (DNCC), Environment/Climate Change Committees
- Provincial level: Provincial Water Sanitation Health and Education (PWASHE) Committee, Provincial Nutrition Coordinating Committees, Environment/Climate Change Committees
These projects are an answer to direct needs within the community. When our beneficiaries have access to clean water, adequate sanitation, proper hygiene in a sound Environment, coupled with changed mindset for ownership and sustainability, then we would have achieved our target in improving community well-being.
